The Reporting & Evaluation (R&E) Committee is a group of diverse stakeholders who are responsible for analyzing the data submitted into the Damage Information Reporting Tool (DIRT), identifying trends, making recommendations based on the data. The R&E Committee also determines the ORCGA Excavator of the Year award winners.
